The Odakan School of Karate was founded in 1982 Sensei John Daly and in 1985 Sensei Gary Daly (Yondan, 4th Dan Black Belt) took it over and is still instructing it today.

Sensei Gary Daly started training in Shotokan Karate From a young age and inspires for his Karate technique, etiquette and discipline to be like Kancho Kanazawa (10th Dan). Gary has represented Ireland in both European Level and World Level and has won many tournaments from Munster, National and International Levels as a junior and senior.
